CHILDRENS PRE-MARTIAL ARTS CLASS
Our Tiny Champs program is a program specifically designed to meet the needs of preschoolers (3 & 4-year-old). In this program children have a BLAST while learning important developmental skills. Developing confidence, coordination, balance, and social skills through fun martial arts based games is our prime objective in this program. Our Little Champions Program is a fun pre-martial arts program for 5 & 6 yr. old beginning school aged children. This high energy program will allow children to burn off energy in a safe and controlled environment. Our Little Champions will become more fit, while developing respect, coordination, listening skills and confidence. These are life skills that will help them be successful at both home and school.
KIDS PROGRAM
Youth Krav Maga & Kickboxing Program Ages 7-12 Yr: In this program young students will learn real-world, modern-day self-defense. This will teach pre-teens to stay safe from both predators and bullies, on and offline. In addition, students will learn the fast and powerful movement and striking of Kickboxing. All our physical training is paired with our full character education program, which teaches children respect, self-discipline, determination, and focus! This is all done in a kid friendly environment designed to build confidence. Students love the fun classes. Parents love seeing their kids get in great shape and practicing positive character traits!
TEEN & ADULT KRAV MAGA
Our Teens and Adults experience a FULL authentic Krav Maga program. Krav Maga is known as one of the best self-defense systems in the world. It was designed to be able to be learned and used quickly in the real world. Our adult Krav Maga instructors received their instructor training from the birthplace of Krav Maga; the Wingate Institute in Netanya Israel. You will learn the tactics, principles and mindset to keep you safe in a violent world. You will also have a great time getting in shape in a very supportive and encouraging environment!
COMPETITIVE KICKBOXING TEAM
We have a WORLD CLASS competitive kickboxing team with a great track record! Our young fighters have traveled all over the US and overseas winning regional, national, and international championships. Our head coach is one of the certified coaches who travels with the US National Team! If you have a desire to compete in the ring, we have a platform for you to do so.
